  • You build an active online community true to our brand: unique reach and engagement, follower growth, event ticket sales for key events
  • You capture live and ephemeral content, in a reactive but well thought-through manner
  • You make strategic decisions based on data and insights to optimise our approach to social media management
  • You work with the rest of the marketing team on content, storytelling, and campaign ideas
  • Manage the social media channels part of our marketing content calendar, scheduling a good balance between multiple pillars (e.g. technology, business, art), formats (e.g. videos, infographics, event photos), and goals (e.g. promotional, educational)
  • You will be responsible for social trend scouting, evaluation and sharing with the rest of the marketing team; potentially testing new channels, formats, and trends (always innovating)
  • You manage digital signage on campus as a "community engagement" channel, in addition to the social media channels
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing 
  • You are a versatile copywriter who can ensure that our Tone of Voice comes through to different audiences, copy lengths, and placements
  • You are passionate about creating and growing an engaged online community, and therefore stay up to date on changes and trends in the platform, industry, and target market
  • You are very organised and can manage to balance planned content with ad-hoc, time-sensitive and responsive content
  • You understand how the platform algorithms work and can use tactics to ensure sustainable growth and engagement
  • You are a collaborative worker and believe that a team uses its strengths to support each other towards a common goal
  • You are a storyteller who understands that every post needs to have a strong message and story behind it
  • You are a self-motivator with a positive mindset and ambition to keep improving
  • You are a native (or native-level) English speaker, with conversational German (B1)
